Venus Steps Online Shipping Policy


At our store, we typically ship out orders within 7-8 business days. However, the time it takes for products to reach customers can differ depending on the package delivery provider. An additional courier charge of Rs. 150 (Delhi/NCR) Rs. 250 (Outside Delhi) is required for any purchases with a value less than or equal to Rs. 600; this expense will be applied automatically on the checkout page.

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with product return and exchanges.
To return an item, write to us at stepsrove@gmail.com; a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, you may call us at our customer care number +91- 9871198701, which remains open 10 AM-6 PM IST on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday).
Stepsrove is not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

Returns Policy Terms & Conditions
  1. If you wish to exchange the size of any item(s) purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store address (given below) within 7 days from the date of receipt of your Product. Note:- Products on discount are not available for exchange, refund or returns.
  2. Enclose the completed Return form and original tax invoice.
  3. To exchange damaged or faulty products, kindly inform us within 24hrs from time of delivery of product via WhatsApp or email. Stepsrove will not entertain any communication of exchange received after 24hrs from time of delivery.
  4. Once we receive the item(s) to be returned, we shall initiate the exchange at our end. If an exchange is not possible, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period. No refunds will be made.
  5. In case the item(s) is faulty or a different product (style code/size/ colour ) from what was ordered, we shall exchange the product, you may also contact us for our assistance on customer care.
  6. Wherever exchange is not possible: in case of a pre-paid order, the refund shall be made via the payment gateway. In case of a COD order, a cash voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. This voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period of 2 months. No cash refunds will be made. Please contact customer service to organize reverse pick-up in such a case.
  7. The brand retail store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online, similarly items purchased online can not be returned/exchanged from the brand retail stores.
  8. No guarantee for, including but not limited to, Colours, Zari, artificial crystals/stonesor delicate materials used on products.


Please note that you will be responsible for all returning costs and charges and also for all risks of loss or damages to the Products. The return right - besides compliance with the terms and procedures described in the paragraph above - shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

Please send all returns to:
  1. You return the item(s) within 7 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt.
  2. You include your original Stepsrove tax invoice with the return.
  3. No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
  4. A completed Returns Form accompanies your returned item(s).
  5. If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Stepsrove reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund.
  6. Item(s) bought on discount or other such promotional activities will only be exchanged (not refunded) for size, except where the item is faulty or defective. If an exchange is not possible at our end, a redemption voucher shall be issued of the value of exchange. The redemption voucher can be redeemed for a fresh online purchase, within the validity period of 2 months.
